This alcohol-free toner helps to reduce excess surface oil without irritation. Formulated with witch hazel , this toner helps to soothe and condition the skin without stripping skin of its natural moisture & helps prep the skin for effective Differin acne treatments.
How to Use in a Routine
Toners are an effective way to help prep the skin, minimize the appearance of pores & remove pore clogging impurities.
TONE
Apply Pore-Minimizing
Toner after cleansing
with a cotton ball or pad
in an upward motion to
reduce excess surface
oil & impurities.
MOISTURIZE
Apply the Oil Absorbing
Moisturizer with
Sunscreen in the AM to
help support the skin
barrier. Apply liberally 15
minutes before sun
exposure & reapply at
least every two hours.
PATCH
Patches often work
best when applied
directly to clean, dry
skin. Leave on for a
minimum of 6-8 hours.
REPAIR
Apply post-acne
treatments after
cleansing but before
moisturizing.
Optional step
PATCH
Apply Differin Fast Fix Patches to emerging pimples or Differin Skin Restore Patches to white head or gunk-filled pimples as needed to help spot treat. Not all patches are formulated the same- know which type works best for your acne.
Repair
Repair the skin with Differin Dark Spot Correcting Serum or Differin Scar Gel to help soothe the skin & reduce the appearance of post-acne marks & discoloration as needed.
Remember: Consistency matters more than intensity.

Keeps oil at bay!
First I want to say I love skin care! I went to Esthetician school and I am always trying new products to improve my skin. I used differin gel when I have breakouts and when I saw this toner I was excited to try it. I have been using for a week and I can say my skin feels so balanced. I have combination skin and try to keep my skin as balanced as possible. It’s light and refreshing and not at all drying. I do feel the appearance of my pores have minimized and I feel has helped with any clogging of my pores. I have seen a difference in just a week. I absolutely recommend to anyone suffering from acne or combination skin.

I have struggled with breakouts off and on for as long as I can remember, so I am usually pretty skeptical about the claims that many acne products make the majority of the time. However, Differin Pore-Minimizing Toner With Witch Hazel is a game changer. I love the amazing, clean feeling that my skin has after using this toner, as well as the noticeable shrinkage of my pores. Differin Pore-Minimizing Toner With Witch Hazel hasn't dried out my skin either, which seems to be common for me when using a toner. This product is simple and quick to use and is definitely worth adding a step to your daily beauty routine.

new skincare must!
Just added this Differin - Pore Minimizing Toner w/ Witch Hazel to my regular skincare routine! I’ve only been using for a little over a week and already can see the difference. My face is starting to clear and it’s helping my skin discoloration level out. I was weary at first with the witch hazel. But I’m very pleased! It’s not drying at all. The smell is quite pleasant. Not over powering, no weird smell. And fragrance it’s the second to last on the ingredients list (big plus)! First time use anything from Differin and I am not disappointed!!

Toner like no other
I have tried many toners from high end department store brands to the run of the mill drug store type and they generally all feel the same during and after application. Toners generally leave my skin feeling clean, but a bit tight and dry, but that changed when I tried the Differin toner with witch hazel! I was expecting the toner to have a more liquid consistency like others I have used in the past, however, this is different, it is not watery and does not drip everywhere when squeezing it onto a cotton ball. When applying it to your face, it feels soft and smooth, not cold and harsh like other brands, it has a nice mild scent, and leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed. This toner is definitely worth trying, I know that I’m not looking back!

Love this product!
I have used it the past 2 weeks, so far so good, I haven't had any redness or irritation. My skin doesn't feel dry, it actual feels clean and hydrated. It is easy to use and smells very good. Pleasantly surprised, I definitely will be looking at other products to try in the brand. I have to say that this product is one of my new favorites now.

Great for cleansing pores!
I absolutely love this toner and I love that it has witch hazel. Witch hazel I would use on my face but it would make my face dry even though it shrunk my pores. The toner is perfect because it keeps that moisture while cleansing the pores and shrinking them after daily use. I use it after washing my face or taking a shower and it makes my face feel so fresh and clean!

Works well, not harsh or drying
I regularly include witch hazel as part of my skincare routine so I was happy to try Differin’s Pore-Minimizing Toner with witch hazel. Before using, I did a small spot test to make sure I didn’t have a negative reaction (I didn’t!) and found the formula to be gentle and calming on my combination skin. I trust Differin to make effective products and after using for a couple of weeks I feel confident this toner is worth using. Is it better than others on the market? Not quite sure but the size is generous and my skin reacts well to it. I would definitely recommend if you already use other Differin products. One plus for me is the cap which allows for easy and controlled dispensing. A drawback is the product is lightly scented. While it doesn’t bother me very much, I feel it is unnecessary. So be aware of you are sensitive to fragranced products. Overall, however, for me the benefits of this toner are clear and my skin seems to like it!

Definitively caused me breakouts
Immediately broke out when I started using.. it was as if I was brought right back to the beginning state of my skin before I stared the differin gel. gave it 2, two weeks chances, with a couple in between where it died down when I wasn’t using. Seems like witch hazel is known to be very drying/irritating and cause acne in a specific group of people, so why this is being advertised as good use in tandem with a product (differin gel) that is known to also be drying and used by people already struggling with acne is beyond me.
